Annabel's Tip
Eating fish is good for the brain. Eating oily fish like salmon is especially important for brain function and vision. A large proportion of the brain is composed of fatty acids and salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. In the first year of life, a baby's brain grows at a very fast rate, generally tripling in size by the first birthday.
